    Chongqing Pofun pavement Engineering Research Institute is a subsidiary scientific research company of Chongqing Pofun Investment Group mainly specializing in asphalt pavement research and development.It provide CCTM general technical support.
    The researches of the Institute is mainly on the paving design, consultation, construction control of Road, Municipal Road, Airport Runway and so on; new material & new structure & new technic R&D and technical on pavement media spreading; concentrating on steel bridge, bridge deck pavement of concrete bridge, road maintenance and the application and development of new material.
    The Institute has the latest, comprehensive, professional, advanced pavement test & inspect equipments. Such as the most advanced SHRP asphalt property tester, track tester, material tester, computer control Electronic Universal Testing Machine, fatigue machine, rock cutting machine, and the moulds for penetration test, three-point and quatre fatigue bending test based on forengn testing mouldThese equipments are a full foundation for the related scientific research projects carried out by the Institute. Meanwhile,the Institute has a experts team of approximately 10 famous experts from home and abroad , such as Liang Zhizhong,Ou Mingxing,Chen Shizhou,Wu Guangrong,Chen Dahao,Zhao Ke and He Zhaoyi and a R&D team which is formed by 40 professors,doctors, masters. Now the Institute has already carried out several national ministries and commissions key programs, including the technology project which was highly supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China-------“The Study on Icing Early Warning Technology of Yunnan-Kweichow Plateau Moist Mountain area Pavement”, the Ministry of Communications’ project for western part-----“The study on semi-rigid base structure transfer and restorability” and “The study on material and paving technology of semi-flexible base cracking resistence asphalt pavement”, “Cape Seal local standard” from Chongqing Communications Commission, and the projects cooperated with some provinces and municipalities in total 20 approximately.
