CCTM was founded in July,2005.It is attached to Chongqing Pofun Investment Group which is a system integrator in highway construction trade especially in asphalt research consultation,engineering construction,material development and sale, machinery development and sale.Besides CCTM,Chongqing Pofun consists of 7 impersonal entities-Chongqing Pofun Pavement Engineering Research Institute,Chongqing Dongdao Highway and Bridge Engineering Co.,Ltd,Chongqing Siweipu Engineering Machinery Co.,Ltd etc,which are distributed in southwest,central part of China and coastal provinces and cities.
